And ours are the best. The purpose of a weight vest was never to make it hard to breathe. We cut a hole in our plates to take the weight off your diaphragm, improving breathing during tough workouts and recovery between sets. The cutout, as well as the contoured design, also makes the vest a whole lot more comfortable.

We build our vests with rucksack-style straps, because thin, unpadded straps digging into your shoulders is painful and unnecessary.
